- What is the difference between local SEO, AEO, and GEO?
- Local SEO is about being found in search results and map results for your service area. AEO (answer engine optimization) is about your answers being clear enough to be quoted directly in answer boxes and assistants. GEO (generative engine optimization) is about AI systems being able to describe your business accurately when someone asks them for a recommendation. They overlap heavily: all three depend on clear answers, consistent business facts, and pages that load and read well.
- I have no website at all. Where do we start?
- With a plan: which pages you need, what each service page should say, and how customers should be able to reach you. Then we build and test a mobile-friendly site you own before anything else is worth doing.
- Do I need a new website, or can you improve the one I have?
- Often we can improve what you have. A rebuild is worth discussing when the site is slow on mobile, cannot be edited, has no working contact paths, or blocks the structural work local SEO and AEO depend on. The free website-plan discussion says which of those applies to you.
- Who owns the website, and what does it cost to keep running?
- You own it. Ownership and handoff are defined in your written agreement and transfer after the agreed payment, and you control your domain and accounts. Third-party licenses such as fonts, images, or plugins apply on their own terms. Hosting, domain registration, and any external services carry ongoing costs. Monthly care is optional and separate from ownership — cancelling it does not forfeit the website you own, but someone still has to maintain it and pay for the underlying services.
- Can you work with only one of these services?
- Yes. Some businesses only need conversion work; others already convert well and need visibility. We would rather do one area properly than spread a small budget across all six.
- How do you decide what to do first?
- We start with the constraint closest to revenue. If people arrive and do not call, conversion comes before visibility. If the site converts but almost nobody arrives, visibility comes first. If the business facts are inconsistent, we fix those first because everything else depends on them.
- Do you guarantee rankings or leads?
- No. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. We commit to prioritized work, honest reporting, and measurable improvement of the paths most likely to generate business.
- How is progress reported?
- Through the measures listed under each service — things like calls, form submissions, page speed, and how often your key pages are shown for the searches that match your services. We report the same measures each time so changes are comparable.
