Who this is for
Owners who have seen an assistant describe their business wrongly — old phone number, wrong service area, services they dropped years ago — or who simply want their public information to be unambiguous.
It is also for businesses in categories where buyers are starting to ask an assistant for a shortlist before they search.
What the work covers
- One agreed business description used consistently across the site, so the facts do not contradict each other (wording can vary; the facts should not)
- Service, contact, and area-served data expressed in structured data that matches the visible page
- A single business entity in structured data referenced by the other schemas, instead of several competing ones
- Optionally, an llms.txt summary stating the business facts and page purposes in plain text — an unofficial convention, not something Google requires
- Server-rendered HTML, so a crawler that does not execute scripts still sees the content
- Removal of contradictions: stale phone numbers, retired services, conflicting hours, duplicate pages
How the work runs
We inventory every place your facts appear on the site, pick the correct version with you, and make everything else match. Then we make the machine-readable layer say the same thing as the human-readable one.
We also check that important pages are actually reachable: crawlable links, a current sitemap, and no accidental blocking in robots rules.
Uncertainty, stated plainly
There is no admin panel for AI answers. Models are retrained on schedules nobody publishes, they draw on sources outside your control, and citation behavior changes between versions.
So the promise here is bounded: your own properties will be consistent, machine-readable, and current. Whether a given assistant repeats them, and when, is not something any agency can control or verify on demand.
We do not create accounts, buy placements, or submit your business to third-party marketing services as part of this work.
Questions about this page
- Can you get my business mentioned by ChatGPT or Google's AI answers?
- No one can guarantee that. What we can do is remove the ambiguity and errors that make a wrong description likely, and keep your facts machine-readable and current.
- Is llms.txt an official standard?
- It is a proposed convention, not a ratified standard, and support varies. Google requires no special AI schema or llms.txt file; see Google's documentation on AI features in Search. We keep one because it is cheap and harmless, not because it is guaranteed to be read or to affect anything.
- How is this different from AEO?
- AEO is about answering questions well. GEO is broader than entity accuracy: it is about how AI systems discover, summarize, and sometimes cite your business, with accurate consistent facts as the foundation. They overlap; this comparison walks through the difference.
