Service providers
Our contact form is delivered through a third-party form hosting provider (FormBnB), which processes and stores your submission so we can receive it. Website hosting is provided by our hosting platform. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 runs only when a measurement ID has been configured for this site; if none is configured, no analytics scripts load at all. When it is enabled, we track page views and non-identifying interaction events such as clicking a phone link, a call-to-action button, or the language switcher. We never send names, phone numbers, email addresses, website URLs, messages, or any contact-form values to analytics.
Retention and security
We keep submissions only as long as needed to respond, prepare your review, and maintain ordinary business records, or as required by law. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Client isolation
Each client’s data and workspace are kept separate. We do not reuse one client’s contact endpoints, analytics accounts, or records for another.
